🚚 Orders ship within 24 hours

All orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.

1. Estimated Delivery Times

All delivery estimates provided by Birdy are indicative only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, postal service performance, and other factors outside our control. Birdy does not guarantee delivery within the stated timeframes.

2. Carrier Delays

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, Birdy is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to: postal strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of order. Birdy cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply.

4. Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local post office. If the package cannot be located within 5 business days of the delivery confirmation, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

5. Force Majeure

Birdy and KINGTRADE Ltd shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, or international trade disruptions.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

To withdraw, notify us by emailing birdywhistle.store@gmail.com with your order number. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

3. Refund Process

Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. The refund is issued using the same payment method you used at checkout.

4. Return Conditions

Goods must be returned within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal. You bear the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deduct for any loss in value resulting from improper handling.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or that are clearly personalised.

Warranty Policy

We stand behind every whistle Ronald makes.

30-Day Warranty

Every Original Birdy Whistle is covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects and breakage under normal use, from the date of delivery.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects (cracks, faulty membrane, assembly issues present upon delivery)
  • Breakage that occurs during normal, intended use of the whistle
  • Any defect that prevents the whistle from functioning as intended

What's Not Covered

  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidental drops, or exposure to extreme conditions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by modifications or repairs attempted by the customer

How to Claim

Email us at birdywhistle.store@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo or short video showing the defect
  3. A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days with a resolution — replacement or full refund.
